Klassische psychologische Beratung & Coaching

Special expertise: Cross-cultural counseling (Asia, Latin America, Arabic countries, North America/ UK/ Australia, Europe, Russia, Israel ...), cross-cultural couples counseling, individual coaching with regard to prevention and self-help with regard to stress, burnout, anxious tension, self-worth issues, critical life events, relationship issues. Integration of various coaching techniques. I am not offering psychotherapy, I want you to be your very own counselor utilizing your individual mind-body-intelligence. By using "PEP" as a method: Process- and embodiment psycholgy (certified since 2022).
Me, I live a cross cultural relationship myself and ´know about the challenges.

in 5-8 session we shall get good results on average, if my techniques are suitable to you. Our very first virtual entry chat is therefore for free (15 min.).

I speak German and English (not a Native but lived abroad in Australia and Asia during my psychology studies and practiced my skills while working with mainly with international clients since 2020).
My office is located at Zurich city centre and I also offer remote sessions.
