Doc24 has been developed by doctors in Basel and is in a trial period. We are happy to have other regional associations or FHM professional associations join this research. That way you can find out if this site is advantageous for your doctors, if it ensures a better primary care and if it releaves the emergency service.
Why have we developed Doc24.ch?
With Doc24 patients get a better overview of the professional focus of the doctors in your association and their geographical position. More importantly, it is immediately visible which doctor offers the next appointments. This relieves the emergency service, because patients can choose the right doctor and do not have to rely so much on the emergency physician. The requests from patients are distributed to free resources, e.g. to new doctors.
And finally, your doctors spend much less time coordinating appointments, because patients can book appointments themselves. Our research with doctors has shown that 40% of existing patients use online booking!
